Composition: 55% Syrah, 25% Malbec, 20% Viognier
Alcohol: 14.1%
The wine presents a bright deep red color.
On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, such as strawberry, are immediately noticeable, accompanied by subtle hints of oak. Swirling the glass enhances the scents of tobacco and vanilla, which harmonize beautifully with the warm, ripe fruit aromas.
On the palate, it is smooth and light, with rounded tannins and flavors of black fruits and spices.
Wine Highlights
- The different grape varieties are hand-harvested and processed separately.
- After alcoholic fermentation, a portion of each variety is racked into French barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place.
- Once the aging period of approximately 12 months is complete, the varieties are blended.
- This wine pairs effortlessly with meats and pasta, as well as with cheeses.
Serve at a temperature between 16° and 18°C.
