Wine Highlights
- The Merlot variety was planted in 1996. All grapes are hand-harvested and transported in bins to the winery.
-
The grapes are destemmed and left in the tank for three days of cold maceration to extract aromas.
-
After fermentation with selected yeasts, the wine is racked.
-
A portion is aged in French barrels, while the remainder remains in tanks, where malolactic fermentation takes place.
-
It is recommended to serve at 16°–18°C and pairs particularly well with turkey, chicken, pasta, risotto, and soft cheeses.
